Handling Time: Orders are shipped out from our warehouses as soon as possible after you place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier to send an update with a tracking number.
Shipping/Transit Time: We ship from multiple warehouse locations within the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia. If your item in the nearest warehouse is not available, we will ship from the next closet warehouse. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days unless stated differently on product detail page. However, due to high demand and peak shipping season, it may take extra time. Please be patient. If you haven't received your order after 14 business days, you're welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly assist with tracking your package.
Exception: For products in the Electronic & Accessories category, shipping usually takes 7-30 business days worldwide. Tracking numbers will ALWAYS be sent so you can track it every step of the way! Cool things are worth waiting for! 😉

Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
